The Pammys Originals are made of 100% EVA – skin-friendly, tested for harmful substances, and completely vegan. All components are proven to be free from BPA and other questionable additives. Our products and the manufacturing conditions are regularly checked by independent service providers – for a wearing experience you can trust.

Care The Pammys Originals are easy to care for:

• Wash by hand
• let dry in the shade
• avoid cleaning agents

Light dirt can be easily removed with a damp cloth – aggressive cleaners are not necessary. Let them dry briefly and your Pammys are ready to go again.



Important note The Pammys Originals are made of 100% EVA – a material that easily adapts to heat. We recommend that you break in the sandals at room temperature after purchase, so they can optimally conform to your feet and fully develop their softness. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight for extended periods.

Shipping

For fast, ethical, and secure delivery, Pammys has built its own highly optimized 11,000 m² shipping center near its headquarters in Germany. Your order is prepared there with the utmost care by our team and shipped responsibly and eco-consciously via DHL GoGreen.

The shipping cost to Spain is €4.90. On orders over €50, shipping is free. Delivery takes between 4 and 12 business days.

Since Pammys is currently going viral in Germany/Austria/Switzerland, delivery times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand. Our team does everything possible to ship all orders as soon as possible.

Exchanges

If the size doesn't fit you, you can make an exchange. Exchanges must be registered through our returns portal. We indicate on each product page whether the footwear runs smaller or larger than usual. If nothing is indicated, choose your usual size.

Returns

Returns must be registered through our returns portal. As a young German company, we currently cannot offer free returns. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
