FAQ for the Pammys Birthday Sale Prize Campaign

When does the prize campaign take place?

The prize campaign takes place from 20 June 2026 at 00:00 until and including 22 June 2026 at 23:59. Only entries received within this period can be considered.

How can I collect event tickets?

You can collect event tickets in three ways during the campaign period:

1. By placing an order in the Pammys online shop
If you place a paid order during the campaign period and do not withdraw from it, you will receive event tickets depending on the number of products ordered:

• 1 product = 1 event ticket

• 3 or more products = 5 event tickets

• 5 or more products = 10 event tickets

• each additional product = +2 event tickets

A maximum of 20 event tickets can be awarded per order.

2. Through "Shop Together" or by referring friends
You can tell friends or family members about the Birthday Sale using your personal referral link or referral code. If the referred person validly participates during the campaign period or places a paid order and does not withdraw from it, both parties receive 1 additional event ticket: you as the referring person and the referred person.

A maximum of 5 additional event tickets through referrals is possible per person.

3. Through newsletter sign-up
You can also participate without making a purchase. If you sign up for the publicly available Pammys Inner Circle Newsletter during the campaign period, you will receive 1 event ticket.

In total, a maximum of 26 event tickets can be collected per person: up to 20 tickets through an order, 1 ticket through newsletter sign-up and up to 5 additional tickets through referrals to Family & Friends.

What happens if I return products or withdraw from my order?

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. If you fully withdraw from your order, all event tickets received through that order will expire.

If you return only part of your order, the number of your event tickets may be reduced accordingly. The relevant number is the number of products that remain valid after review and after any withdrawal periods have expired.

Any participation that took place independently of the order, for example through newsletter sign-up, remains unaffected.

When will the winners be drawn?

The winners of the event ticket prize campaign will be drawn at random from all valid event tickets on 1 August 2026.

What prizes are available and how many prizes will be awarded?

A total of 2,545 prizes will be awarded as part of the cash campaign and the event ticket prize campaign. The total value of the cash amounts, vouchers and other prizes offered is €150,000.

The prizes include, among others:

• 1,000 x €50 cash prize

• 200 x Pammys voucher worth €100 each

• 600 x Pammys voucher worth €50 each

• 300 x free Pammys product from new collections

• 200 x fuel voucher worth €50 each

• 5 x travel voucher worth €2,000 each

• 200 x Amazon voucher worth €50 each

• 5 x iPhone 17

• 20 x AirPods

• 5 x Apple Watch

• 10 x Pammys Golden Card

The additional free Pammys products and the products granted as part of the Pammys Golden Card are not included in the total prize value.

How does the cash campaign work?

In addition to the event ticket prize campaign, there is a cash campaign during the campaign period. A total of 1,000 x €50 will be awarded at random. The selection is independent of the number of products ordered, the order value and the number of event tickets received.

A maximum of one cash prize is possible per household.

Who is allowed to participate and who is excluded?

Natural persons aged 18 or over with a place of residence in Germany, Austria or Switzerland may participate, provided they are not excluded from participation.

Persons are excluded if they violate the terms and conditions of participation, provide false information, manipulate the campaign, participate multiple times, use automated entries or attempt to bypass the household rule.

Can I participate more than once?

A maximum of one participation per household is permitted. Multiple entries, automated entries or abusive participation are not permitted.

How will winners be notified?

Winners will be notified by email or via the contact details provided during participation.

What happens if I do not respond after being notified of a win?

If a winner does not respond within 7 days after notification or if the contact details provided cannot be used successfully, the prize may be forfeited.
