Your new favorite shoes will be with you in no time. You will generally receive your order within 2–4 business days. We ship throughout Europe directly from our own fulfillment center in Schleswig-Holstein with DHL, while keeping the environment in mind.
Every Pammys shoe is developed in Germany with great attention to detail. Our in-house design and development team creates every style themselves, placing particular emphasis on high-quality materials and a comfortable fit.
Our goal is a feeling you notice instantly: walking on clouds. Anyone who spends all day on their feet knows how much they can hurt by evening. That's why we develop shoes that carry you through everyday life, work and everywhere in between, keeping you comfortable for hours.
Our shoes generally fit true to size. On every product page, you can see how your model fits and find a detailed size chart.
There's no risk for you. Try your Pammys at home for 30 days at your own pace. If they don't win you over, simply send them back. Exchanges are even free.
Yes, our shoes are 100% vegan. From the upper to the sole, we use exclusively vegan materials. Even the adhesive we use is vegan.
Simply wipe off light dirt with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners. You can find exactly what your model needs on the product page under “Material & Care”. On some models, such as the Step-Ins, you can take out the insole and replace it with your own insoles. The product page also shows whether your model is one of them.
