The reference to "Positive Experiences" relates to the positive (4 and 5 star) reviews for our account "Pammys" on independent review platforms.

We assume these are genuine customer reviews and real customer experiences. The review platforms mentioned above have their own processes to filter out fake reviews.

In our online shop pammys.com, customers can rate our products from 1 to 5 stars. Additionally, a first name and email address must be provided. After that, there is the option to add a photo or video. Finally, detailed experiences with our products can be shared and described.

Due to limited personnel capacity, it is unfortunately not always possible for us to verify every review to confirm its validity. Therefore, we cannot rule out that some reviews may not come from our customers.

However, for the reviews we publish, we assume they are authentic based on the photos and videos provided.

It is important to note that the published reviews do not represent an average but only a limited selection of 4-star and 5-star reviews. The displayed average (numerically from 1.0 to 5.0) and the shown number of reviews therefore do not refer to the total number of reviews but only to the published ones. In the interest of transparency, we have linked the note “More about the reviews” as often as possible in our online shop.

We do our best, depending on capacity, to check and publish reviews, but for various reasons not all can be posted online.

Possible reasons for not publishing reviews include the assumption that the review is not from a genuine customer or experience, as well as insults, inappropriate language, or rights violations.
