Proven to contain no BPA or other harmful additives. The EVA is completely safe, skin-friendly, and also vegan. Our products and the manufacturing conditions are regularly checked by independent service providers.

Our Pammys are made of 100% EVA. This material becomes softer when exposed to heat. Therefore, we recommend warming the Pammys to room temperature after purchase and letting them break in first. Then they will achieve the desired softness. Avoid exposing Pammys to direct sunlight for a long time.

Germany:

Shipping is free for you on orders over €50.

For orders under €50, we charge a flat fee of €4.90.

Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. In individual cases, delays may occur.

Austria & other EU countries:

We charge a small shipping fee. The exact costs will be shown before completing checkout.

Delivery usually takes 4–12 business days.

Exchange:

If the size does not fit, the exchange is free of charge for you. We cover the return shipping costs for exchanges.

Since the founding of Pammys, we have placed great importance on sustainability – step by step, honestly and transparently.

Even today, we use recyclable packaging for 99% of our shipments and ship climate-friendly with DHL GoGreen.

Our products are 100% vegan, meaning: completely free from animal materials. Internally, we also rely on digital processes to avoid unnecessary travel and conserve resources.

Our goal: By the end of 2026, we want to produce the majority of our products from sustainable materials.

As a young German start-up, we are still at the beginning of this journey – but we work daily to improve.
