Right of Withdrawal Instructions

Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pammys.com | Pammys - DIESEO GmbH, Schwienkuhler Weg 999, 23738 Lensahn, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). We recommend that you use our Return Portal to submit your decision to withdraw from this contract.
If you make use of this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal, once the goods have arrived back at our warehouse.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than thirty days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty-day period has expired.

In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the return shipment.
In the case of a return (withdrawal), you will bear the cost of the return shipment yourself.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if such diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please keep proof of the return shipment until we have issued a refund or sent a replacement order. This proof should include the return address, the weight of the parcel and, if applicable, a tracking number. Such proof can, for example, be the dispatch receipt. Please make sure that the shipping company's staff note these details on the dispatch receipt.

Returns received without prior notification and outside the withdrawal period, as well as damaged or worn items, will be kept for a period of 7 days. Within this period, we expect you to provide a return label so that the goods can be sent back to you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to donate the items to a charitable organisation.

Refund in the Event of Diminished Value

Discounts and Benefits

Offers granted by (pammys.com) in connection with a previous order can only be guaranteed in connection with that previously named order. In the event of a return of the related orders mentioned above, the order that was reduced will be refunded accordingly. Any offer, discount or other benefit provided by (pammys.com) is granted voluntarily. Even if granted repeatedly, this does not create any legal entitlement to future discounts, promotions or other benefits.

Please note that these promotions are a closed offer. In the case of a return, the promotion will therefore lapse for the entire order and the free pair must be added to the return.

Gifts

Gifts provided by (pammys.com) in connection with a previous order can only be guaranteed in connection with that previously named order. In the event of a return or partial return of the related orders mentioned above, the gift must also be returned, provided the conditions for the gift are no longer met, in order to receive a refund. Example: an offer where you receive a free gift if you purchase several items. If, for example, receiving the gift requires the purchase of at least two specific items, and you return one item to us (pammys.com), you must also return the gift to us in order to receive a refund. If you have returned the paid items and kept the free gift, its value will be deducted from the refund for the returned items.

Returns

You have the right to send the goods back to us within 30 days of receiving the parcel, provided that the goods reach our warehouse within this period. Please use our Return Portal for this.

We only accept returns of new, unworn goods in their original packaging. If your order shows a defect or is missing products, this must be reported beforehand. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

If your return period has been exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended return period, your return will be sent back to you at your expense. If we do not receive a return label from you within 7 days, we reserve the right to donate the items to a charitable organisation.

Please note:
A free exchange is possible.
In the case of a return (withdrawal), you bear the return shipping costs yourself. However, we may still be able to offer you a free return for certain promotions in the future.
