Do Fallen Pammys really fit true to size?

Yes. Pammys fit true to size – most customers stick with their usual size. 94% of customers keep our Step-Ins. If they don’t fit, you can exchange them for free within 30 days.

2. Suitable for hallux valgus?

Yes, absolutely. The extra-wide toe box gives the big toe joint room – without pressure, without rubbing. Thousands of regular customers wear Pammys for exactly this reason: because they provide space for real feet, not model feet.

3. How do I measure my foot correctly?

Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper in the evening – that’s when your feet are widest and longest. Mark the longest point, measure it in centimeters, and compare it with our size chart. We provide both EU size and foot length in cm to ensure you get the right fit.

4. What to do with half sizes?

For a narrow foot, we recommend rounding down. For a wider foot, round up instead. And if the size still doesn’t fit perfectly: exchanges are free for 30 days.

5. Are Pammys also suitable for wide feet?

Yes – and better than most sneakers. While classic sneakers are often narrow, we build Pammys with an extra-wide toe box and a flexible midfoot area. That’s exactly the feedback we get from many customers with wide feet: Finally, a shoe that doesn’t pinch.

6. What if I have narrow feet?

Pammys fit even then. The elastic shoelaces gently wrap the shoe around your foot – whether narrow or wide. If you're unsure: choose the size that matches your measured foot length. You don't need a smaller size.

7. How is the fit with thin or thick socks?

Pammys are comfortable to wear with both sneaker socks and thicker winter socks. For very thick socks, we recommend choosing a half to a full size larger.

8. Does the fit change after wearing it multiple times?

Yes, light – and in the best sense. After 2 to 3 weeks, the memory foam bed adapts to the shape of your individual foot, and the Flyknit upper material becomes slightly softer. The size does not change. Only the wearing experience becomes more personal.

Yes, 100%. All Pammys models are completely animal-free – from the upper material to the glue. No compromises, no hidden animal ingredients.

2. How do I clean my Pammys?

Most dirt can be easily wiped off with a damp microfiber cloth and mild soap. For more stubborn stains, use a soft brush and lukewarm water. Please avoid aggressive cleaners and bleach – your Pammy will thank you.

3. Can I wash Pammys in the washing machine?

We recommend hand washing – machine washing can damage the memory foam and adhesive bonds over time. If you need to wash it quickly: use a 30 °C gentle cycle, place it in a laundry bag, do not spin, and then air dry.

4. How do Pammys dry after rain or washing?

Dry in a shady place at room temperature – never in direct sunlight, on the heater, or in the dryer. Stuffing with newspaper helps maintain the shape and absorb moisture faster.

5. How long do Pammys last?

1. How long does the shipping take?

Within Germany 2–4 business days, within the EU 3–6 business days. Orders placed by 2 p.m. on weekdays are usually shipped the same day – including tracking, so you always know where your package is.

2. How much does the shipping cost?

Standard shipping within Germany is free for orders over €50. For other EU countries, the costs vary by region – you will see the exact amount at checkout before you place your order.

3. How does the return process work?

Simply register your return in our returns portal: retoure.pammys.com/de/retourenportal. You have 30 days to send your Pammys back. The shoes should be returned unworn and without signs of use. You cover the return shipping costs yourself – for environmental protection reasons. Every return generates additional CO₂, which we want to reduce together. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Can I exchange it?

Yes, very simple – and free for you. Register your exchange within 30 days in the returns portal: retoure.pammys.com/de/retourenportal. We will send you a free shipping label for the return. As soon as your pair arrives with us, we will send you the new size or color.

5. What if my Pammys arrive damaged?

Rarely happens – but if it does: Take a photo of the damage and contact our support within 14 days. We will send you a free replacement without requiring you to return the damaged pair.
