Shipping

For fast, ethical, and secure delivery, Pammys has created its own highly optimized 11,000 m² shipping center near its headquarters in Germany. Your order is carefully prepared there by our dedicated team and then shipped in a responsible and eco-friendly way via DHL GoGreen.

Shipping costs to Spain are €7.99. Delivery takes between 4 and 12 working days.

Since Pammys is currently viral in Germany/Austria/Switzerland, delivery times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand. Our team does everything possible to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If the size does not fit you, you can request an exchange. Exchanges must be registered through our returns portal. We indicate on each product page whether the footwear runs smaller or larger than usual. If nothing is indicated, choose your usual size.

Returns

Returns must be registered through our returns portal. As a young German company, we are currently unable to offer free returns. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Our products are 100% vegan, meaning: completely free from animal materials. Internally, we also rely on digital processes to avoid unnecessary travel and conserve resources.

Our goal: By the end of 2026, we want to produce the majority of our products from sustainable materials.
