Shipping & Delivery

This is how our shipping process works – fast, transparent, and reliable:
  • Order Confirmation:
    Right after completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • Data Verification:
    Your order is transferred to our shipping center and automatically checked there. If there is an issue with the address details (e.g., missing house number), our team will contact you directly to correct it together.
  • Packaging & Shipping:
    As soon as your package is packed and the shipping label is created, it will be registered with DHL.
    Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number to track your shipment.

This way, we can categorize your request immediately, and our support team will take care of it as quickly as possible.
Since summer 2023, we have had our own 3,000 sqm shipping center right here in Kiel. Your order is lovingly packed here and shipped to your home as quickly as possible via DHL GoGreen, including tracking.
  • Germany: Shipping is free for our customers with an order value of €35 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is €4.90. The usual delivery time is 2 to 6 business days*.
  • Austria and other EU countries: For international shipping, we charge a small flat fee. This will be shown to you at checkout once you have selected your desired delivery location. The usual delivery time is 5 to 8 business days*.
  • Parcel locker: Shipping to a parcel locker or post office branch is not possible.
*Important note:
Due to high demand, some sizes and colors are no longer available. We are overwhelmed and working hard to restock our warehouse as quickly as possible. For this reason, the delivery time may be delayed to approximately 2 to 5 business days. We thank you for your understanding and patience. As a young start-up, this means a lot to us!

  • Your order will be packed and shipped immediately after it is received.
  • Please note that it may also be a pre-order. In this case, we will provide you with a separate delivery time.
  • As soon as your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking number.
    • From experience, we can tell you that some postal workers forget to leave a delivery notice. In many cases, the shipment is at your local post office or has been left with a neighbor.

    • Please document the damages with photos!

    • Our support team will then file a damage report with DHL and inform you about the next steps

    Please provide us with this information within 3 days!
    • No, we do not offer delivery to parcel lockers.
    • You can find the status of your return/exchange in our Returns Portal.
