Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw within 30 days without giving reasons to withdraw from this contract.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pammys.com | Pammys - DIESEO GmbH, Schwienkuhler Weg 999, 23738 Lensahn, Germany) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We recommend using our returns portal for your decision to withdraw from this contract.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) send you confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, provided the entire order is returned.
(Excluded from this are any additional costs incurred if you chose a different, more expensive shipping method when purchasing.)
Important:
If you only return part of the items, no refund of the delivery costs will be made – as these would have been incurred even if you had only ordered the retained items.
The refund will be made immediately after receipt of the return in our warehouse.
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to customers residing in the European Union.
Please note: A refund of delivery costs will only be made in the case of a proper and timely cancellation.
Returns without a prior cancellation declaration, e.g. by refusal of acceptance or cancellation after shipping, do not entitle you to a refund of the delivery costs.
For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless with you something else was expressly agreed upon; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.
In case of an exchange, we cover the cost of the return shipment.
In case of a return (withdrawal), you bear the cost of the return shipment yourself.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
Please keep the proof of your return carefully until we have processed your refund or sent a new order to you. The proof should include the return address, the shipping date, the weight of the package, and ideally a tracking number. Suitable proof is, for example, the receipt from the shipping service provider.
We expressly point out that returns sent via DHL Päckchen cannot be tracked and in case of loss, no proof of receipt by us is possible. Please therefore send your return as an insured package with a tracking number. Only in this way is it ensured that you are protected in case of a lost shipment and we can clearly assign the return shipment.
Returns received without prior registration and beyond the withdrawal period, as well as damaged or worn items, will be kept for a period of 7 days. Within this period, we expect you to provide a return label to send the goods back to you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to donate the items to a charitable organization.

Discounts and Benefits
Offers guaranteed in connection with a previous order by (pammys.com) can only be guaranteed in connection with the aforementioned order. In the event of a return of the above related orders, the order that was discounted will be refunded. Any provided offer, discount, or other benefit from (pammys.com) is voluntary. Repeated granting does not create a legal claim to future discounts, promotions, or other benefits.
Please note that these promotions are a closed offer. In case of a return, the promotion for the entire order expires and the free pair must be added to the return.
Gifts
Gifts provided in connection with a previous order by (pammys.com) can only be guaranteed in connection with the previously mentioned order. In case of a return or partial return of the above related orders, the gift must also be returned if the conditions for the gift are no longer met to receive a refund. Example: For an offer where you receive a free gift if you buy multiple items. For instance, if purchasing at least two specific items is required to receive the gift and you return one of these items to us (pammys.com), you must also return the gift to receive a refund. If you return the paid items and keep the free gift, it will be charged against the returned items.
Return
You have the right within 30 days to return the goods to us after receiving the package, provided that the goods arrive at our warehouse within this period. Please use our Return portal.
We only accept returns of new, unworn, and original packaged goods. If your order shows a defect or products are missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.
If your return period has expired and an extended return period has not been confirmed by us in advance, your return will be sent back to you at your expense. If we do not receive a return label from you within 7 days, we reserve the right to donate the items to a charitable organization.
Please note:
A free exchange is possible.
In case of a return (cancellation), you bear the return shipping costs yourself. However, it is not excluded that we may offer you free returns for certain promotions in the future.
