To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we’ve established our own 11,000-square-meter fulfillment center near Kiel. There, your order is carefully packed and shipped to you in an environmentally friendly way through DHL GoGreen.

Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more.
For orders under €50, we charge a flat rate of €4.90.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. In some cases, there may be delays.

Austria & other EU countries:

We charge a small flat-rate shipping fee. The exact costs will be displayed before you proceed to checkout. Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more.
Delivery usually takes 4–12 business days.

Exchanges:

If the size doesn’t fit, exchanges are free for you. We cover the return shipping costs for the exchange.
