The Pammys Originals are made of 100% EVA – skin-friendly, tested for harmful substances, and completely vegan. All components are proven to be free from BPA and other questionable additives. Our products and the manufacturing conditions are regularly checked by independent service providers – for a wearing experience you can trust.

Care The Pammys Originals are easy to care for:

• Wash by hand
• let dry in the shade
• avoid cleaning agents

Light dirt can be easily removed with a damp cloth – aggressive cleaners are not necessary. Let them dry briefly and your Pammys are ready to go again.



Important note The Pammys Originals are made of 100% EVA – a material that easily adapts to heat. We recommend that you break in the sandals at room temperature after purchase, so they can optimally conform to your feet and fully develop their softness. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight for extended periods.

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we've established our own 11,000 m² fulfillment center near Kiel. There, your order is carefully packed and shipped to you in an environmentally friendly way through DHL GoGreen.

Germany:

• Free shipping for orders of £42.90 or more.
• Orders under £42.90: flat rate of £4.20.
• Delivery: usually 2–4 business days. Delays possible in some cases.

Austria & other EU countries:

• Small flat-rate shipping fee charged. Exact cost shown before checkout.
• Delivery: usually 4–12 business days.

Exchanges:
If size doesn't fit, exchange is free. We cover return shipping costs for the exchange.
