Our Pammys are made of 100% EVA. This material becomes softer when exposed to heat. Therefore, we recommend warming the Pammys to room temperature after purchase and letting them break in first. Then they will achieve the desired softness. Avoid exposing Pammys to direct sunlight for a long time.

For fast, ethical, and secure delivery, Pammys has established its own highly optimized 11,000 m² shipping center near its headquarters in Germany. Your order is carefully prepared there by our dedicated team and then shipped responsibly and sustainably with DHL GoGreen.

Shipping costs to Switzerland are 9.99 CHF. Delivery takes 3 to 6 working days.

As Pammys is currently going viral in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer during peak demand. However, our team always does its best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If the size does not fit, you can request an exchange. All exchanges must be registered via our returns portal. On each product page, we indicate whether the shoes run smaller or larger than usual. If no note is provided, we recommend choosing your regular size.

Returns

Returns must also be registered through our returns portal. As a young German company, we are currently unable to offer free returns. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Are you the original?

Yes - we are the original behind Pammys (formerly "Pummys").
By now, there are several providers selling similar products under different names. When buying, be sure to check that "Pammys" (or Pummys) is on the product or in the shop.
Other providers - often private individuals or dealers from East Asia - cannot guarantee you our tested quality or our fair standards.

Why is it now called "Pammys" instead of "Pummys"?

With the new name Pammys, we are starting a fresh chapter of our brand from April – more modern, more international, but with the same passion as before.
If you still receive a product with the Pummys print, that is absolutely fine:
It comes from our previous collection and is, of course, just as original as our new models.

Where are Pammys made?

Our summer collection is produced in carefully selected partner factories in China, and our winter collection is made in Turkey.

Fair working conditions, high quality standards, and the use of vegan as well as as sustainable and recyclable materials as possible are especially important to us.

We regularly visit our production sites and also have them inspected by independent organizations.

How do I take care of my Pammys?

Your summer Pammys are super easy to care for:

Avoid chemical cleaning agents

Our Pammys are made of 100% EVA, a material that softens with heat.

Tip: After unpacking, leave them at room temperature for a while and then wear them in - this way they will perfectly adapt to your foot. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight for extended periods.

Our summer Pammys are made from 100% high-quality EVA – completely vegan, BPA-free, and free from harmful substances. The material is skin-friendly, durable, and regularly tested by independent testing institutes – just like our
