The lightweight upper made from vegan PU leather, the soft insole and the flexible TPR outsole ensure a comfortable fit – even on long days on the go. The City Frame sneaker is made from lightweight, durable PU leather consisting of 100% polyurethane. The material gives the shoe its sleek, modern look and makes it particularly versatile for everyday outfits, city looks and spontaneous plans.

The soft lining, made from polyester, spandex and breathable PU, feels comfortable against the foot and contributes to the flexible fit. The result is a sneaker that retains its clean look, yet is noticeably softer to wear than you’d expect from a flat city sneaker.

Thanks to interchangeable laces, you can customise the look to suit your taste: basic for a understated everyday style, or satin for a slightly softer, more eye-catching look. This keeps the sneaker versatile without seeming complicated.

Easy to care for in everyday life

The City Frame Sneaker is easy to care for. You can remove light dirt with a damp, soft cloth and a mild soapy solution. You should avoid aggressive cleaning agents or strong solvents, as these can damage the PU material.

Please do not use traditional leather creams, waxes or oils. These do not penetrate properly, may leave a greasy film and damage the surface. For extra protection, you can use special PU protectants or a grease-free waterproofing spray that is specifically suitable for synthetic materials or faux leather.

Important: Do not wash your sneakers in the washing machine, and do not dry them on a radiator or in direct sunlight. Instead, allow them to dry at room temperature to preserve their shape, surface and sole.

Shipping

For fast, ethical, and secure delivery, Pammys has set up its own highly optimized 11,000 m² shipping center near its headquarters in Germany. Your order is carefully prepared there by our dedicated team and then responsibly and environmentally friendly shipped with DHL GoGreen.

For orders over €65, shipping is free. For orders under €65, shipping costs to French-speaking countries are €5.90. Delivery takes 3 to 6 business days (excluding overseas territories).

As Pammys is currently going viral in Germany/Austria/Switzerland, delivery times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand. However, our team is doing everything possible to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Exchange

If the size does not fit, you can exchange it free of charge, without paying return shipping costs. Exchanges can be registered through our dedicated returns portal. On each product page, we indicate whether the shoes run smaller or larger than standard sizes. If nothing is specified, simply choose your usual size.

Returns

Returns must be registered through our returns portal. As a young German company, we are currently unable to offer free returns. Therefore, return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless you choose a refund in the form of a gift card—in this case, the return is free of charge.
