Material
The Pammys Originals are made of 100% EVA – skin-friendly, tested for harmful substances, and completely vegan. All components are proven to be free from BPA and other questionable additives. Our products and the manufacturing conditions are regularly checked by independent service providers – for a wearing experience you can trust.

Care The Pammys Originals are easy to care for:

• Wash by hand
• let dry in the shade
• avoid cleaning agents

Light dirt can be easily removed with a damp cloth – aggressive cleaners are not necessary. Let them dry briefly and your Pammys are ready to go again.



Important note The Pammys Originals are made of 100% EVA – a material that easily adapts to heat. We recommend that you break in the sandals at room temperature after purchase, so they can optimally conform to your feet and fully develop their softness. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight for extended periods.

Shipping

For fast, ethical, and secure delivery, Pammys has set up its own highly optimized 11,000 m² shipping center near its headquarters in Germany. Your order is carefully prepared there by our dedicated team and then responsibly and environmentally friendly shipped with DHL GoGreen.

For orders over €65, shipping is free. For orders under €65, shipping costs to French-speaking countries are €5.90. Delivery takes 3 to 6 business days (excluding overseas territories).

As Pammys is currently going viral in Germany/Austria/Switzerland, delivery times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand. However, our team is doing everything possible to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Exchange

If the size does not fit, you can exchange it free of charge, without paying return shipping costs. Exchanges can be registered through our dedicated returns portal. On each product page, we indicate whether the shoes run smaller or larger than standard sizes. If nothing is specified, simply choose your usual size.

Returns

Returns must be registered through our returns portal. As a young German company, we are currently unable to offer free returns. Therefore, return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless you choose a refund in the form of a gift card—in this case, the return is free of charge.
